Build and maintain relationships with customers.
Communicate. Create and deliver compelling presentations to customers and internal teams describing plans and opportunities.
Define user requirements for control software and upgrades and balance them against engineering risks and resources.
Create product road-maps with recommended features and enhancements.
Prioritize market-driven requirements to meet market needs, sales and growth objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify and quantify market needs and evaluate competitor offerings.
Excellent written and verbal communications
Proven stakeholder management skills.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Understanding of business capture tools.
education & experience
Bachelor degree or master degree in engineering or related field.
Extensive knowledge and network in the offshore intervention markets: offshore oil & gas, offshore wind, etc.
Experience introducing, marketing, launching and selling advanced technology products, 7+ years
Technical depth to understand and communicate the capabilities and limitations of state-of-the-art robots
Curiosity to learn new technologies & cultivate markets and applications that leverage them
Confidence to take risks, negotiate deals, manage customer expectations, and impose discipline on customer relationships
